Its limits are 1 subdomain, 10 email forwards, 10 path redirects, 100MB of site and one 1 GB real mailbox with webmail and SMTP. In the analytics you'll have the 30-day daily chart, your most visited paths and your campaigns.
The Pro plan (From €5.12/mo) raises the limits of the whole account. Up to 3 subdomains, 20 forwards and 30 path redirects on each name, 3 real mailboxes of 3 GB with webmail and SMTP per subdomain, 300MB of site and, in the analytics, a full year of daily charts, the breakdown of who visits you (Browser, system and device) and the per-address mail figures.

From the subscription tab of your panel. Moving up takes effect right away, Stripe replaces the price of the subscription you already have and charges the prorated difference for the rest of the period, and you'll keep paying the same way, monthly or yearly. Moving down will take effect when the paid period ends, so you'll keep the plan you bought until its renewal date, and your panel will tell you when the new one starts.
What you shouldn't do is buy the other plan from scratch, that would open a second subscription and you'd end up paying for both. That's why, if your account already pays, the app turns down a new sign-up on purpose.

In that same billing portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the period you've already paid, so you'll keep your plan until that date and you'll be able to reactivate it before then without losing anything.
When the end arrives, your account will move to the free plan, with a 14-day trial so the change isn't sudden. Your names will keep working and you'll need to renew them for free every 45 days. Forwards, path rules and mailboxes over the limit will be paused, not deleted, and if you have more names than the free plan includes, you'll be able to choose which one to keep.

Both things are in the billing portal, which you open from the subscription tab of your panel. There you have the invoice history to download, the payment method and the state of the subscription.

Whichever you prefer, monthly or yearly. The Starter plan costs €2.99 a month, or €30.72 a year (€2.56/mo), and the Pro plan €5.99 a month, or €61.44 a year (€5.12/mo). Stripe handles the charge, we don't see or store your card details.
