On the free plan you'll need to renew your name for free every 45 days with one click, and you can do it whenever you like (Renewing doesn't add up extra days). We'll remind you 7 days before and 1 day before. If you don't renew it, it will stop working and we'll hold it for you for 3 days, during which you can renew it and it comes back right away. After that it will be free again.
If someone was on that name's waitlist, they'll get an email as soon as it frees up, one more reason to keep it.

It will stop redirecting right away, its forwards will be removed and the name will be free again for anyone to request. Deleting needs a 6-digit code that we'll send you first by email.

A name gets suspended when it breaks the Terms of Service, for phishing, spam, malware or impersonation. The reason will show up in your panel, and you can appeal once per suspension, a person reads every appeal.

Two counters. The first counts the clicks your web redirect serves, or the page views if the name is in site mode, and the second the emails forwarded by your addresses. The lifetime totals and the daily chart are on every plan: 7 days on free, 30 on the Starter plan and during the trial, and a full year on the Pro plan. The Starter plan adds your most visited paths and your campaigns. The breakdown by browser, system and device, the hour of the day, the sites the visits come from (Domain only, never the page) and the per-address mail figures come with Pro.
We don't use cookies and we don't follow anyone from one site to another, and we never read the contents of your mail. What we do store for each web visit is the IP, the browser and where it came from, which is what makes it countable and lets us spot abuse. We show you the summary by browser, system and device, and the IP and the location are only seen by our admins.

Write to abuse@does.software or open word.does.software/report, every subdomain reserves that path for reports. Every report is read by a person, and sites that break the acceptable-use policy can be taken down with no notice. Counter-notices go to the same address.
